Edamame With Garlic and Red Chilies

  1. Add canola oil to wok or deep sided frying pan over medium high heat.
  2. When hot but not smoking add garlic and chili flakes and stir fry for about 30 seconds until garlic just starts to turn golden brown.
  3. Lower heat to Medium and add already cooked edamame.
  4. Stir fry until well coated and warm, about 1 minute.
  5. Add soy sauce and stir until mixed, about 30 seconds.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Serve in a big bowl.
  8. Eat beans by pulling shell gently through teeth.
  9. Don't forget to eat the garlic!
