Boneless Chicken With Spinach And Cheese Filling Recipe

  1. STUFFING: Saute/fry onion in extra virgin olive oil and butter.
  2. Add in spinach and cook on low.
  3. Add in rest of ingredients and stuff chicken.
  4. SAUCE: Mix all and leave at room temperature.
  5. CHICKEN: Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min (covered 1/2 time) pour sauce over chicken when serving.
