Apple Spice Cheesecake

  1. Cook apples and sugar in butter in large saucepan or saute pan on medium heat until tender, stirring frequently.
  2. Cool.
  3. Prepare cheesecake filling mix with milk according to package directions.
  4. Stir in cinnamon.
  5. Pour evenly into pie shells.
  6. Arrange 1 cup of the cooked apple slices in circular pattern around top of each cheesecake, starting at the outer edge of cake.
  7. Sprinkle with almonds.
  8. Drizzle with jam.
  9. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until chilled.
