Watergate Salad
- 1 c. Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 package Jell-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 can Dole Crushed Pineapple in Juice
- 1/2 c. chopped Planters Pecans
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- Combine marshmallows, dry pudding mix, pineapple, and nuts in large bowl.
- Stir in Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.Each serving provides: 0%DV vitamin A, 10%DV vitamin C, 2%DV calcium, and 4%DV iron.
