Minted Pea Mash

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add peas and cook, stirring constantly, until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a food processor and pulse until coarsely pureed.
  4. Stir in mint and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm.
