Blueberry Yogurt Pie Recipe

  1. Crust:Cream butter and sugar, add in egg and blend well.
  2. Add in combined dry ingredients to create a soft dough.
  3. With flour dusted fingers, pat the dough into the bottom and sides of a buttered and floured 9 inch pie pan.
  4. Chill while preparing filling.
  5. Filling:Put blueberries in chilled pie shell.
  6. Mix filling ingredients and gently pour over blueberries, distributing proportionately.
  7. Bake at 350 degree F. for 50 - 60 min, till crust is brown and custard has set.
