Impossible Chicken Tamale Pie
- 1 1/2 cups chicken cooked
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 4 ounces green chili peppers, canned chopped
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup corn frozen
- 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 3 large eggs
- Heat oven to 400F (200C).
- Grease 10 inch pie plate.
- Mix chicken, corn and Taco mix; spread in plate.
- Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
- Pour into plate.
- Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and lettuce.
