Spaghetti Slaw
- 2 cups (475 ml) spaghetti, cooked, drained, cooled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup (225 ml) diced cucumber
- 1 cup (225 ml) sweet pepper or celery
- 3 cups (700 ml) shredded cabbage
- 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
- 4 tsp (20 ml). sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp (45 ml). vinegar
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Marinate overnight or at least 3 to 4 hours.
