Apricot Basting Sauce Recipe

• 1/2 c. Apricot Jam
• 1/4 c. Dry White Wine
• 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 c. Apricots, Dry, Fine Chop
• 1 Tbsp. Honey

1. Heat all ingredients over low head, stirring occasionally, till jam is melted.
2. Makes about 1 c. of sauce.
