Pina Colada Sherbet Recipe

  1. Place pineapple in food processor.
  2. Whirl till pureed.
  3. Add in buttermilk, syrup, coconut, and lime juice.
  4. Whirl till blended.
  5. Pour mix into ice cream maker.
  6. Process according to manufacturer's instructions.
  7. Pack into freezer container.
  8. Freeze till hard, at least 4 hrs.
