Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Pork Country Ribs

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
  2. Add pork ribs and sear them on all sides.
  3. Drain off the grease and put the pork ribs in the crockpot.
  4. In a medium-sized bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients (except rice) and mix well.
  5. Pour over pork; cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or 4-5 hours on high.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
