Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Pork Country Ribs
- 6 whole Country Style Pork Ribs
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 15 ounces, weight Pineapple Chunks, With Juice
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cups Chopped Red Pepper
- 1/2 cups Water
- 13 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Quick Cooking Granulated Tapioca
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 6 cups Cooked Rice (or As Much As Desired For Roughly 6 Servings)
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
- Add pork ribs and sear them on all sides.
- Drain off the grease and put the pork ribs in the crockpot.
- In a medium-sized bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients (except rice) and mix well.
- Pour over pork; cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or 4-5 hours on high.
- Serve over cooked rice.
