Blueberry Muffins

  1. Heat oven
  2. to
  3. 325u0b0.
  4. Grease
  5. muffin
  6. pans
  7. well.
  8. Sift flour, baking
  9. powder and salt together.
  10. Set aside.
  11. In large bowl cream butter
  12. and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each.
  13. Add flour mix alternately with
  14. milktntil
  15. just combined.
  16. With fork, mash 1/2 of blueberries.
  17. Stirtn
  18. with a fork.
  19. Add rest of whole berries, mixing
  20. gently.
  21. Fill
  22. muffin cups (greased or paper lined)
  23. 3/4 full.
  24. Sprinkle each with sugar.
  25. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
  26. Cool in pans 15 minutes.
  27. Remove.
  28. Serve warm.
