Maple-Pecan Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until blended.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  4. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
  6. Pour into 4 greased and floured mini loaf pans, adding about 1 cup batter to each.
  7. Combine syrup and remaining nuts; spoon over batter.
  8. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  9. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  10. Cool bread in pans 10 min.
  11. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
