Homemade Italian Spaghetti And Meatballs Recipe
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 l. grnd beef
- 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic">garlic or possibly garlic">garlic pwdr or possibly garlic">garlic salt
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tbsp. salad or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound can stewed tomatoes or possibly tomato juice
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 bay leaves, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. spaghetti
- Soak bread slices in large bowl of cold water.
- In large mixing bowl, add in hamburger, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Squeeze out excess water from bread slices and add in them to mix.
- Use hands to mix ingredients.
- When well mixed, roll into meatballs (size you want).
