Buffalo Chicken...Hummus
- 1 can (19 Oz. Can) Chickpeas Or Garbanzo Beans
- 2 pieces Thin Boneless Chicken Breast, Grilled Or Previously Cooked (optional)
- 2 cloves Garlic Peeled And Quartered
- 2 Tablespoons Liquid From The Chickpeas
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil Or Tahini
- 3 Tablespoons Wing Sauce (or More To Taste)
- In your food processor, combine the chickpeas, chicken and garlic and pulse until pureed.
- Add in 2 tablespoons liquid from the chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil/tahini and wing sauce and pulse until incorporated.
- Adjust to your taste (add more wing sauce or red pepper, etc.
- ).
- Note: Chicken is optional.
