Buffalo Chicken...Hummus

  1. In your food processor, combine the chickpeas, chicken and garlic and pulse until pureed.
  2. Add in 2 tablespoons liquid from the chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil/tahini and wing sauce and pulse until incorporated.
  3. Adjust to your taste (add more wing sauce or red pepper, etc.
  4. ).
  5. Note: Chicken is optional.
  6. It will still have that buffalo taste without it; I just like the texture with it.
  7. I love this with Stoned Wheat Thin Crackers (my favorite!
  8. ).
