Brown Sugar Salmon Recipe
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 4 Tbsp. Melted parve marg.
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dry white wine or possibly water, (I use wine)
- I love the idea of the Shabbat menu so here is mine this week.
- I have 18 people Fri night and 6 for lunch so I will have sufficient left overs.
- for this amount of people I use 2 side of fresh Salmon
- Place fillets in lg baking dish and marinade a few hrs .
- Bake 15 to 25 mins at 180C,basting a few times.
- bake skin side down and dont turn fish.
- Holds well on warm tray.
