Bang Bang Shrimp

• 16 uncooked large shrimp (1 lb./450 g), peeled with tails left on, deveined
• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
• 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
• 1 pkt. Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
• 2 green onions, finely chopped

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Mix Miracle Whip and Sriracha sauce in medium bowl until blended.
3. Reserve half to serve with the cooked shrimp.
4. Add shrimp to remaining Miracle Whip mixture; toss to evenly coat.
5. Dip, 1 at a time, in coating mix, turning to evenly coat each shrimp.
6. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray,
7. Bake 7 min.
8. or until done.
9. Place on platter; sprinkle with onions.
10. Serve with reserved Miracle Whip mixture.
