Bang Bang Shrimp
- 16 uncooked large shrimp (1 lb./450 g), peeled with tails left on, deveined
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1 pkt. Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Mix Miracle Whip and Sriracha sauce in medium bowl until blended.
- Reserve half to serve with the cooked shrimp.
- Add shrimp to remaining Miracle Whip mixture; toss to evenly coat.
- Dip, 1 at a time, in coating mix, turning to evenly coat each shrimp.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray,
- Bake 7 min.
- or until done.
- Place on platter; sprinkle with onions.
- Serve with reserved Miracle Whip mixture.
