Banana Granola Recipe
- 2/3 c. WATER
- 1 1/4 c. WHITE BREAD FLOUR
- 3/4 c. WHEAT BREAD FLOUR
- 4 tsp DRY Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp SALT
- 4 tsp BUTTER
- 1/2 c. MASHED BANANAS
- 1/2 c. GRANOLA
- 4 tsp MOLASSES
- 1/4 c. Minced WALNUTS
- 1/4 c. Dry BANANA CHIPS
- 1 tsp FASTRISE YEAST -or possibly- 1 1/2 teaspoon ACTIVE DRY YEAST lg LOAF:
- 1 c. WATER
- 2 c. WHITE BREAD FLOUR
- 1 c. WHEAT BREAD FLOUR
- 2 Tbsp. DRY Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp SALT
- 2 Tbsp. BUTTER
- 1/2 c. MASHED BANANAS
- 3/4 c. GRANOLA
- 1/4 c. MOLASSES
- 1/3 c. Minced WALNUTS
- 1/3 c. Dry BANANA CHIPS
- 2 tsp FASTRISE YEAST -or possibly- 3 teaspoon ACTIVE DRY YEAST
- Mash bananas well and measure after mashing.
- Use your favorite granola mix.
- This is a nice moist bread, not as sweet as the ingredients may suggest.
