Cheesy Potato Soup
- 4 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp dried onion
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 lb Velveta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 bacon bits
- 1 dash pepper
- In a 4 quart saucepan: boil potatoes, onion, water, and salt until potatoes are tender.
- On medium heat: Add remaining ingredients and cook until desired thickness.
- Garnish the top of soup with bacon bits.
