Buffalo Catfish Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine first six ingredients in a shallow dish.
  3. Place egg whites in another shallow dish.
  4. Place cornflakes in another shallow dish.
  5. Dredge fish strips in flour mixture, then egg whites, then corn flakes.
  6. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  7. When all the strips are done, spray them lightly on top with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes, turning after the first five minutes.
  9. Combine hot sauce, pepper sauce, and Worcestershire in a pan; bring to a boil.
  10. Reduce heat, simmer for 1 minute.
  11. Add butter, stirring to incorporate.
  12. Drizzle hot sauce over cooked fish.
  13. Serve with ranch dressing and veggie sticks.
