Classic Tomato Aspic

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over 1 cup of the cold juice in large bowl; let stand 1 min.
  2. to soften gelatine.
  3. Add hot juice; stir 5 min.
  4. or until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  5. Add remaining 2 cups cold juice, the lemon juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce; mix well.
  6. Pour into 5-1/2-cup ring mold or bowl.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold onto serving plate to serve.
