Gold Drops

• 24 Ritz crackers
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 2 cup butterscotch chips

1. Spread half of the crackers with peanut butter.
2. Top each with a 2nd cracker.
3. In the top of a double boiler, melt butterscotch chips.
4. Dip sandwiched crackers into butterscotch.
5. Place on waxed paper to set.
