Honey & Herb Loin Chops

  1. Heat heavy based frying pan and brown the chops on both sides.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, water, mustard, parsley and lemon thyme.
  4. Pour mixture over the chops.
  5. Cover with lid or foil and simmer gently about 1 hour or until tender.
  6. Remove chops and keep warm.
  7. Skim liquid fat from surface and mix the remaining liquid, honey, arrowroot, and water.
  8. Cook until thickened and spoon over chops.
