Toasted Almond Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease or paper-line 18 muffin cups.
  2. Combine baking mix, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, vegetable oil and egg in large mixing bowl.
  3. Beat on high speed for 30 seconds or until blended.
  4. Fold in 3/4 Celsius almonds.
  5. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  7. Combine powdered sugar and orange juice in small bowl.
  8. Spread over each muffin, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 Celsius almonds.
