Creamy Vegetable Gratin

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine zucchini.
  3. Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended.
  4. Spread half the zucchini onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of 1/3 each of the cream cheese mixture and mozzarella.
  5. Repeat all layers.
  6. Top with tomatoes, remaining cream cheese mixture and remaining mozzarella.
  7. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan; sprinkle over casserole.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  9. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
