Zucchini Crab Cakes

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Fry in a mixture of half-oil and half-margarine until golden on each side.
  4. Turn only once.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with cocktail sauce on the side.
