Diabetic Chicken Breasts With Orange Sauce Recipe

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown in butter.
  3. Add in juice, rind and tarragon.
  4. Cook, uncovered in 325 degree oven for 30 min.
  5. Remove chicken and cook sauce over high heat to reduce volume.
  6. Serve sauce over chicken and/or possibly steam rice.
  7. Garnish with orange slices.
  8. Exchange for 3 oz serving with 1/4 of sauce = 1 fruit and 3 meat.
