Slow-Cooker Meatball Sandwiches

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Add meatballs and vegetables; stir gently until coated with sauce.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours (or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours).
  5. Fill buns with meatball mixture and five cheese blend just before serving.
