Cheesy steak egg wrap

  1. Heat non-stick skillet to 375
  2. Add one table spoon olive oil
  3. Place/arrange onions and peppers to soften
  4. Add egg mixture, allow to form
  5. Add the med well cubed steak pieces
  6. Add chopped roma tomatoes
  7. Add cheese blend
  8. Add salt, pepper, and seasoning salt
  9. Form into an omelet, flipping after 6/9 min on each side.
  10. Top w leftover Cheese, O/P, Mushrooms, and Tomatoes as desired
