Tortellini Sausage Soup

• 2 cubes Bouillon
• 2 cups Water
• 1/2 pounds Italian Sausage
• 9 ounces, weight Four Cheese Tortellini
• 14 ounces, weight Canned Italian Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
• 8 ounces, weight Frozen, Chopped Spinach, Thawed
• Toasted Bread, To Serve

2. Dissolve bouillon cubes in the water.
3. Set aside.

5. Brown sausage and drain grease.

7. Add the remaining ingredients.

9. Heat to boiling and simmer for 10 minutes or until tortellini is soft.

11. Serve with toasted bread.
