Tortellini Sausage Soup
- 2 cubes Bouillon
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 pounds Italian Sausage
- 9 ounces, weight Four Cheese Tortellini
- 14 ounces, weight Canned Italian Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
- 8 ounces, weight Frozen, Chopped Spinach, Thawed
- Toasted Bread, To Serve
- 1.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in the water.
- Set aside.
- 2.
- Brown sausage and drain grease.
- 3.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- 4.
- Heat to boiling and simmer for 10 minutes or until tortellini is soft.
- 5.
- Serve with toasted bread.
