Tiramisu

  1. Separate eggs (put egg whites into a bowl and mix)
  2. (In a new bowl) Mix together egg yolks, Mascrapone and sugar
  3. softly mix in the beated egg whites into the mascrapone mixture (the best with a spatula) set aside
  4. Know get a bowl and boil water and add Oveltine( if you want you can put 1 teaspoon coffe, you can also add rum)
  5. Deep one pack of spoonge fingers placeing them into a dish
  6. pour some of the mascrapone mixture on the sponge fingers so that they are just coverd
  7. Make the Oveltine mixture again and deep the other packet of sponge fingers placeing them into the dish.
  8. Pour the remaining of the Mascrapone mixture on sponge fingers
  9. Place into fridge for 3 hours
