Tiramisu
- 3 tsp of Oveltine
- 2 boxes of Mascrapone cheese
- 120 grams of sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 2 packets of sponge fingers
- Separate eggs (put egg whites into a bowl and mix)
- (In a new bowl) Mix together egg yolks, Mascrapone and sugar
- softly mix in the beated egg whites into the mascrapone mixture (the best with a spatula) set aside
- Know get a bowl and boil water and add Oveltine( if you want you can put 1 teaspoon coffe, you can also add rum)
- Deep one pack of spoonge fingers placeing them into a dish
- pour some of the mascrapone mixture on the sponge fingers so that they are just coverd
- Make the Oveltine mixture again and deep the other packet of sponge fingers placeing them into the dish.
- Pour the remaining of the Mascrapone mixture on sponge fingers
- Place into fridge for 3 hours
