Best Quick Black Bean Soup
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, undrained and divided
- 2 cups water
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 12 cups raw Minute brown rice
- Place 1 1/2 cans of the beans in blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into large saucepan.
- Stir in remaining beans, water, onion, and dressing mix.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
