Rice Krispie Cakes My Way
- 4 ounces Rice Krispies (or any cereal of your choice)
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 tablespoon runny honey
- 4 ounces marshmallows
- 5 ounces chocolate (milk or white, whichever you prefer)
- Weigh out the ingredients and break the chocolate into pieces.
- Place the butter, syrup (or honey,) marshmallows and chocolate into the Microwavable bowl.
- Place in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Then stir with wooden spoon.
- If the chocolate and marshmallow have not melted put in for a further 2 minutes
- Then carefully add rice Krispies and stir until they are coated with the mixture.
- Put an equal amount into each paper case.
- Place in the fridge to set.
