Quick Marinara Pasta

  1. Hea olive oil in large frying pan, fry finely chopped red onion, garlic, and red chilli flakes, for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Stir in can of tomatoes (and tomato paste & capsicum if needed), and water.
  3. Add seafood.
  4. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Serve over cookedspaghetti.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
