Classic New England Style Lobster Rolls

  1. Chop lobster meat.
  2. Leave claw meat whole because it presents better this way.
  3. Mix lobster meat, mayo, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
  4. Chill.
  5. Slather butter on buns and grill face down in a frying pan until golden brown.
  6. Lay lettuce on top of grilled buns and pile lobster meat on top.
  7. Devour.
