Classic New England Style Lobster Rolls
- 5 whole Lobsters, Steamed, With Meat Removed
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (fresh Squeezed!)
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 whole Hot Dog Buns
- 4 leaves Romaine Or Curly Leaf Lettuce
- Chop lobster meat.
- Leave claw meat whole because it presents better this way.
- Mix lobster meat, mayo, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
- Chill.
- Slather butter on buns and grill face down in a frying pan until golden brown.
- Lay lettuce on top of grilled buns and pile lobster meat on top.
- Devour.
