Easy Karo Pecan Pie Recipe
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Karo syrup, light or possibly dark
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cold.
- Serves 8.
