Sage Turkey Burgers

  1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Combine ground turkey, sage, salt and pepper in bowl.
  3. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Place patties onto grill.
  5. Grill, turning occasionally, 15-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165F or until meat is no longer pink in center.
  6. Top each burger with 1 piece cheese; let melt slightly.
  7. Remove burgers from grill; place burgers onto bottom half of buns.
  8. Top each with 1 slice tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and top half of bun.
