Easy Salisbury Steaks

  1. Mix all ingredients except mushroom and gravy.
  2. Make patties, fry on low heat till browned.
  3. Flip and repeat.
  4. Meanwhile, slice mushrooms and fry in seperate pan about 2 mins.
  5. When meat is browned, remove and wipe clean pan.
  6. Add gravy mix and water to fry pan.
  7. Add mushrooms, bring just to a boil.
  8. Add patties.
  9. Simmer on low about 20 mins., flipping occasionally.
  10. Serve with potato or noodles.
