Easy Salisbury Steaks
- 1 lb. ground Beef
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 green Pepper, minced
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. each Salt and Pepper
- 1 pk. fresh Mushrooms
- 1 pk. Brown Gravy mix
- 1 cup Water
- Mix all ingredients except mushroom and gravy.
- Make patties, fry on low heat till browned.
- Flip and repeat.
- Meanwhile, slice mushrooms and fry in seperate pan about 2 mins.
- When meat is browned, remove and wipe clean pan.
- Add gravy mix and water to fry pan.
- Add mushrooms, bring just to a boil.
- Add patties.
- Simmer on low about 20 mins., flipping occasionally.
- Serve with potato or noodles.
