Borage And Yogurt Salad Dressing Recipe

• 1 c. plain yogurt
• 1/2 c. borage leaves, snipped into small pcs
• 2 Tbsp. fresh dill weed, finely snipped
• 2 Tbsp. honey or possibly light brown sugar, (optional) pink and blue borage flowers

1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients except the flowers in a small bowl.
2. Chill till ready to use.
3. Right before serving, scatter whole flowers over the top.
4. Yield: 1 1/2 c.
