Fiesta Party Cheese Board

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
• 4 cups tortilla chips (4-1/2 oz.)
• 1-1/2 cups pico de gallo
• 1 container (8 oz.) guacamole
• 1 cup pitted black olives
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 16 slices
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL White Cheddar Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers, cut into 16 slices
• 1 red pepper, cut into small wedges
• 32 multi-grain crackers

1. Mix sour cream and chile pepper powder; spoon into small serving bowl.
2. Place on large serving tray or platter.
3. Fill separate serving dishes with chips, pico de gallo, guacamole and olives; place on platter.
4. Surround with remaining ingredients.
