Crock Pot Lemon Chicken

  1. Combine flour with salt.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly.
  3. Brown chicken pieces in oil and drain.
  4. Stir thawed lemonade concentrate together with sugar, ketchup, water and vinegar.
  5. Place chicken pieces in crock pot.
  6. Pour lemonade mixture over.
  7. Cook on high 3-4 hours.
  8. Drain remaining liquid into a saucepan.
  9. Add cornstarch, stirring well to blend.
  10. Cook on medium till thickened.
  11. Add lemon slices, and pour sauce over chicken.
  12. Serve with rice.
