Macrobiotic & Easy Deep Fried Soy Meat
- 40 grams Dried soy meat
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 knob Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Katakuriko
- Soak the soy meat in hot water for 5 minutes and squeeze the water out.
- Put in a bowl and add the sake, soy sauce, grated ginger, grated garlic and sesame oil.
- Mix well and marinate for about 5 minutes.
- Remove any excess liquid and coat with katakuriko.
- Deep fry in oil.
- Place a lettuce leaf (or similar leafy vegetable) on the serving plate and place the deep fried soy meat on top.
- I used this soy meat this time.
- I used 1/3 of a 130 g packet.
