Classic Cheddar Rarebit

  1. MIX cheese, corn starch and mustard in a large mixing bowl.
  2. MICROWAVE beer, and seasonings in a large microwaveable glass bowl and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
  3. WHISK in the cheese mixture and microwave 1 minute.
  4. Stir and cook 1 more minute.
  5. BEAT in egg yolk and microwave 1 minute, stirring at 30 seconds.
  6. Serve with toast.
