Healthy Morning Parfait
- 12 cup whole milk vanilla yogurt
- 3 tablespoons frozen mixed berries
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened granola cereal
- In microwave-safe bowl, microwave 3 tablespoons of frozen berries for 30 to 45 seconds to thaw.
- Let cool.
- Gently fold in 1/2 cup of yogurt.
- Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons granola.
- Enjoy!
