Healthy Morning Parfait

  1. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave 3 tablespoons of frozen berries for 30 to 45 seconds to thaw.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons granola.
  5. Enjoy!
