Crock Pot Meatball Cassoulet
- 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 12 ounces frozen meatballs, Italian style, thawed
- 8 ounces smoked sausage or 8 ounces kielbasa, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbles
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
- Cook on LO 8 to 9 hours.
