Broccoli With Garlic and Mushrooms
- 1 ounce butter
- 12 34 ounces broccoli florets
- 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Heat butter and garlic in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat.
- Add mushrooms.
- Cook over medium high heat 2 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from pan, set aside.
- Add broccoli; stir fry 3 or 4 minutes until tender.
- Return mushrooms to pan, stir until heated through.
- Serve hot.
