Wedge Salad with Green Goddess Vinaigrette

  1. In a food processor, combine avocado, oil, sherry vinegar, cilantro and parsley.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Arrange iceberg lettuce and tomato wedges on a platter.
  4. Drizzle vinaigrette over lettuce and tomato wedges.
  5. Sprinkle with Fleur de Sel if desired and serve.
