Healthy No-Bake Cookies

  1. Melt your honey, coconut oil and peanut butter together.
  2. Stir in the vanilla, salt, cocoa powder and oats (either old fashioned or quick-cooking is fine.
  3. ).
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. I typically use ground flax seeds and a generous amount of chopped dried cherries.
  6. The rest of the ingredients are options!
  7. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  8. Use a small scoop and shape your cookies close together on the wax paper.
  9. Chill at least 30 minutes.
  10. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator and serve cold.
  11. I usually make a double batch.
  12. they keep a LONG time in a sealed box in the fridge.
  13. Separate layers with wax paper.
  14. Enjoy!
