Papaya sauce
- 1/2 cup red papaya
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Michu wine or any white wine or omit
- 1 tbsp butter/ghee
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Cut a papaya in half remove seeds dry them plant them just a thought, slice lines into the inside of one half scoop out with spoon
- In a saucepan add sugar papaya add water take the pieces mash the papaya add wine if you using it
- Let reduce to half till its nice and sticky add butterlet cook till its thickened
- Mix cornstarch and water pour into the sauce mix well till thickened add your ingredients you want to serve with it
- This is with chicken I bet eggplant would be awesome
