Papaya sauce

  1. Cut a papaya in half remove seeds dry them plant them just a thought, slice lines into the inside of one half scoop out with spoon
  2. In a saucepan add sugar papaya add water take the pieces mash the papaya add wine if you using it
  3. Let reduce to half till its nice and sticky add butterlet cook till its thickened
  4. Mix cornstarch and water pour into the sauce mix well till thickened add your ingredients you want to serve with it
  5. This is with chicken I bet eggplant would be awesome
