Easy Cheesecake Recipe

• 3 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
• 1 (14 ounce.) sweet condensed lowfat milk
• 3 Large eggs
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 18 Oreo cookies, crushed or possibly grasshopper mint cookies
• 1/4 c. melted butter
• 1 (6 ounce.) mint chocolate chips

1. Mix first 4 ingredients till smooth and creamy.
2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.
3. Press in 13x9 buttered dish.
4. Pour mix onto crust.
5. Bake for 55 min at 300 degrees.
